School, Library & Institutional Moving
The relocation of schools and universities is some of the most time-sensitive moving that we do, normally, these schools must be moved after hours and during class breaks. We normally work with District Administrators, Principals, and Campus Facilities Managers while coordinating the school move, and find that we’re often moving libraries, class rooms, and general offices. We have lots of experience moving within the public school systems, private colleges, and have moved several trade schools as well. Mostly involving the use of public funds, we often do the move-outs and move-ins during school remodeling, asbestos abatement, etc.
Often we have customers that are either moving their entire facility out of state, are closing down a location, or are simply moving locally and then moving their excess furniture to another location. We have access not only to our own van lines for the shipping of truckload office furniture, but being a truck broker, we have access to many air-ride, pad-wrap truckload carriers, as well as LTL carriers for your skidded freight. We can palletize record storage cartons, filing cabinets, or modular furniture panels, and then ship that product on air-ride common carriers to keep costs down.
