Your office move will start with a visit from our Relocation Consultant, How will review exactly what needs to be done to accomplish the relocation in the most efficient and quick manner with as little down time as possible.
He will take a complete inventory of items needed to be moved, what needs to be packed (by our highly traind packers or by your staff), He will check building and elevator access, size and availability.
He will get information about different priorities while moving.
After the visit, Our relocation team will sit and tailor a custom made move for your business. They will submit a Relocation Proposal and ask to schedule a 2nd meeting where they can review and explain the proposal in person.
Once you choose Samson as your office mover and have all the moving details (where you are moving, items needed to move or dump, who's packing what...) We’ll hold a very comprehensive pre-move staff meeting to review in detail your staff’s responsibilities and all your other moving needs. After all, it’s our job to make sure that on move day… you’re ready!
However, ultimately it’s the crews that can make or break any relocation. With Samson you’re guaranteed crews experienced in the proper padding and handling of high-end office furniture, because this is all we do. We also take extra precautions by covering flooring as needed, and adding wall protection within high-traffic areas as well. We try to make sure that the old space given back to the landlord passes their inspection, and that your new space is still, well, new! We’re also very experienced at moving libraries, computers, servers and copiers, all on air-ride, lift-gate trucks. We will provide any materials necessary to pack and secure your office equipment.
